These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use this website and what to expect when booking a session, course, or group with Theresa Kahn. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. About Alchemist of the Heart

This website is operated by Theresa Kahn, trading as Alchemist of the Heart, based in Maida Vale, London, UK.

Theresa offers energy-based healing, meditation, Reiki, training and spiritual guidance services both in person and online.

3. Bookings and Payments

To book a session, please complete the booking form with your name, email, and preferred session type.
Once your form is received, Theresa will contact you to confirm the session details, dates, location (if in person), and payment arrangements.
Payment is required before your session takes place. Details will be provided by email.
Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and may be updated periodically.
All services are provided by Theresa personally; no third-party booking agents are used.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing theresa_higherheart@hotmail.com.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If Theresa needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once a session or course has been completed.
If you cancel within the notice period, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be charged in full.

6. Nature of Services

Theresa’s work focuses on energy-based healing, training and spiritual development. These services are intended to support your personal wellbeing and self-awareness.
They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this distinction.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with Theresa during sessions is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe, supportive, and beneficial experience, Alchemist of the Heart cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
